Yes. I started as a play therapist and then realised that when I helped the parents with their relationships, the children needed fewer sessions. I am level two trained in the Gottman Method (they are the pioneers of couples therapy), and I have trained in other modalities across more than twelve years of seeing couples. I work internationally with individuals and couples. Please ask any therapist or coach you might work with this question. Being a professional does not mean they are trained to work with couples.

Both. I work with individuals and couples regardless of gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation. I do not work with children. I do support parents with parenting.

I am not offering counselling anymore. I am a licensed counsellor in South Africa, and I prefer the scope of coaching. The work starts with identity — who you already are beneath the adaptations — not with trying harder at the same tools.

You can come without a decision already made. The work is about seeing clearly, not about talking you into staying or leaving.

Yes. A lot of the individual work exists because one person is ready before the other is.

I do not work with domestic abuse at all. Please seek support locally. You deserve professional, specialized support. No matter what you did — you never ever deserve being physically hurt for your behavior. You can love them and still get help. And if you're doing the hurting — please seek help. We don't have to repeat what we saw, but it's hard to unlearn it with willpower alone!

For pastors, public figures, business owners, leaders and anyone whose life carries unusual visibility, discretion is a priority. This is a private space where you can step out of the role others know you for and be met simply as a person. Your identity, story and work with me will always be treated with care and respect.

Faith is woven through the work, in the lineage of the Mirror Bible (her father, Francois du Toit, translated it). It is not a space for performing the right answers. Whether you are deeply rooted, uncertain, carrying hurt from Christianity, or looking for practical insight, you are welcome. She is explicit: she is not a theologian, and grace makes room for real human beings.
